Birth Doula Profile

I am a full spectrum doula. I am certified as a Holistic Doula by the Matrona, and have completed DONA's birth doula training. I have advanced Spinning Babies and Arvigo Abdominal Therapy training to promote optimal baby/uterus/pelvis relationships in pregnancy and birth.
I offer you the benefit of my 30 years of experience - as a pregnant and nursing parent, a childbirth educator, a breastfeeding counselor, a bodyworker and a birth attendant (doula). Preparing yourself and your family for a new family member is a big job and I have lots of tools for you.
