Birth Doula Profile

Hi, my name is Alyssa and I’m a DONA trained birth doula based in the Rochester Ny area. I am a wife and mother of two wonderful children. After my first birth I became hooked on all things birth, lactation, and advocacy surrounding both. I had two beautiful birth experiences with doulas. After giving birth I couldn’t understand how anyone does it without a doula! I’ve always had a passion for helping others and I want to be there to help with, what for most people, is the hardest thing they will have to do in their life. Every person deserves an opportunity to have the birth they want and an advocate to help them achieve their goals. I would love to help you #ROCyourbirth!
