Birth Doula Profile

Hello! My name is Cris — I’m a full-spectrum doula based in Canandaigua, NY.

I came to birth work after the birth of my first son, when I found myself wondering if other new parents were struggling (like me) or thriving and had people they could talk to about the realities of birth and parenthood. My own experience inspires my work, where I serve as a compassionate guide for pregnant people and their loved ones.

In 2018, I completed birth doula training with Carriage House Birth in NYC and have since joined many birth teams, adapting my support to fit the specific needs of each experience. Today, I am on a continuous journey to deepen my practice of reproductive justice and care work.
